A lot of medicines and other medicinal supply stocks are expired. And most of these are costly maintenance medicines, regularly used by senior citizens. So I wonder why these are never used, considering the high number of senior citizens in this barangay.

And there are no means or methods on knowing new stocks of medicines have arrived in the center. If they could simply post notices on bulletin boards around the barangay or even set up a Facebook page to create public announcements, these expensive medicines won't go to waste. Or much better yet, employ someone to contact every household and notify about the new medicines.

Staff can sometimes be rude, too—they will ignore you unless you are a friend or relative of this or that staff member. No customer service training whatsoever. And the health center is located on the second floor, and this makes it hard for our Persons With Disability and elderies to come visit.
