Bohol Easy Rent A Car

If I could just give them 0 star. I would have done it. They are not reliable company and no credibility. This is of course just my own opinion base on my experience.
Less than a month before our trip. We tried to book a unit for 7 seater vehicle. Through their FB page we exchange conversations and agreed with a unit to rent. For formality I even ask them to confirm my reservation of the Innova unit and ask if I should pay in advance. But was told that payment will be done upon picking up the unit. After 2 weeks, they contacted me informing that the unit I booked were damaged by thier present costumer and they were not able to rent it out. Fair enough... then they offer me another unit, avanza. I have again accepted thier offer and ask them again to reconfirm my booking. Oddly weird, a days before our flight they told me that the unit that promised was also damage by thier costume so they can't rent me any vehicle. What????
Told them that since they already confirmed my booking it shouldn't be my problem that it was damage. They should be reliable with thier words and as a company they should find a solutions on thier own and deliver the service that was agreed on. But to my surprise, thier response was. "WE DID NOT FORCE YOU TO RENT WITH US"
What???? How dare you telling me that. What kind of company are you. It Could be that payment was not done yet but you have wasted my precious time with all the agreement and all for nothing. And putting me in a situation of pressure a day before my flight. I tried to arrange everything before our trip to have a smooth vacay. And you think cancelling it a day before our trip is okay as anyway we did not pay yet. Well good luck with you if that is how you run your campany
