your guide was terrible

- refused to pay PHP 18 to drive into port to pick us up at Ubay Port terminal arrival. We had to walk a long distance in sun with all of our diving luggage.
- refused to put aircon on full until we kept insisting
- was unable to provide basic guiding services. Terrible tour guide. Had little knowledge or was not prepared to share it.
- would not make more than one stop even though we had three on the itinerary
- did not respond to any of my text messages arranging our arrival
- refused to listen to us about where we needed to be dropped off. Thought he knew better and wanted to drop us off over a mile away.

Regarding your van
- aircon does not work properly. Rear aircon broken
- suspension terrible. Very uncomfortable ride.

Expensive and very poor service.
