Clean and quiet, this place is affordable and provides comfort and safety while in Calamba. They also have a nice cafe with good coffee!

This place is so pleasant and clean. Everything is the best. Aircon, wifi, CR, beds,TV. The people are sweet and helpful. The entire property is excellent in cleanliness and landscaping. Open air aspect of architecture works so well in the common areas where you feel the breezy clean air while enjoying the natural fragrance of all the lush vegetation that is everywhere in this area of Calamba Misamis Occidental. Visit here to relax and enjoy life.

I recommend this pension house a lot. The room and linens are very clean. The staff are very courteous and approachable.

The room accommodation would cost you around Php500-1000 depending on the room you have. They have tv, aircon and toiletries. The shower is either have hot and cold or just the normal shower. They have hangers too and cabinets for your things. You can either bring or left your keys to the desk. They also serve breakfast but it is not included in your accommodation but it will you cost you only 100-200 pesos. Which I recommend you should take as the pension house is far from the cbd. No worries if you have car as they have parking area, cctv and guard at night. They have wifi but can only reach to selected rooms.

If you plan to go there, you can ride tricycle and tell the driver “SouthWe” and pay Php20-. Btw, you can bring food in the room. Yu can also borrow utensils from them also.

All in all, I would go back in this place if I get to go there. Thank you and God bless!

Happy to see a legit coffee shop in this area. The Pension house is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly. No hot shower though.

It's Good 😊 good customer service, you'll feel you're just at home when staying there, everything good expect for no hot water every room. The interior design is good too, fresh plants
