Sitio Remedios Heritage Village

After 7 years, I went back here to see the place and the place barely changed. We visited the art exhibit. Overall, it is such a beautiful place good for history buffs like me. Remind me of my hometown Vigan.

the place really feels like being back in the old times. the old houses are very well maintained with a little add-on convenience like aircon units in bedrooms. the old beds, sala set, the interior designs, they are absolutely awesome!

the location is fronting the West Philippine Sea where one can have a great view of the sunset. there's also an infinity pool.

the place is sooo perfect for pre-nup events or simply a team building.

We recently had the pleasure of staying on this private vacation rental and I have to say – it was an absolute dream. The old Ilocano houses were charming and historic, and the attention to detail in the decor was evident. It was like stepping back in time, and I loved every minute of it.

But the real standout feature of this rental was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had, and they even provided us with recommendations for local attractions and activities.

But it wasn't just the staff that made our stay so special – the amenities were top-notch as well. The outdoor pool was a particular highlight, and it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. And the outdoor seating area was a great spot to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The charming old houses, friendly staff, and top-notch amenities all combined to make for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a true definition of relaxation. It's a hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back.

Love this place. Very unique as it showcased old Filipino houses as accommodation. You also have a feel of how life was before in the province with the resort set up as a town, Plaza in the center with a chapel and the old houses around facing the plaza. The property had a beachfront and it was nice to have our meals overlooking the beach everyday. The food was also excellent and we were able to try the locale food specially prepared by Paul. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Lani and Adrian for looking after us. A truly memorable trip.

travel back in time to a simpler life, a bit idealized but that's ok. fall asleep to the wind in the trees and the waves breaking on the sand.

don't expect modern amenities like a strong hot shower, fast internet, etc. instead enjoy the beautiful and spacious casitas (AC in bedrooms) and delicious local food.

Beautiful place to visit. Houses are available to rent. Each house has a distinctive look and has a story for each design. They have a restaurant bar at the beach area. Great for wedding receptions and ceremony. Lots of history to see within the compound. There's even a pool to swim in even though the beach is right there. Highly recommended.

We loved this hideaway! We stayed in Balay Dingras. Judith, Raymund, and Ricky were really approachable and friendly!! They even gave us a tour of the other historical houses! The chef was great! We loved the food!! The set up was also beautiful!

The place was really serene!! We had a great time unwinding here. I will definitely come back!! I also applaud the cleanliness of the balays. Though the wooden floor was not that shiny but can be improved. The bathroom, bed linen, the towels and beach towel were neat! We loved their organic soaps. They don't provide slippers and shampoos so better bring one but I think you can request.

Another immaculate resort. Restored from an old illocano village colonial concept. Owner also created pinto art museum in antipolo. He was there and very friendly. Decent food, breakfast was better than dinner. Very clean smooth and firm beach made for a great walk. Nighttime is magical. Bed is super comfy. Only a few residences. Expensive but special.

Magical! Once you step foot in the place you’re thrown back to the colonial times with modern amenities such as hot showers and and air conditioning units. The staff are amazing and never did they miss to fix up your room when you go out exploring and leave some flowers by your pillow.

Location, ambiance, service of staff and privacy of having your own balay (house). Candlelight dinners by the pool/beach was a great treat at end of the day !

Beautiful heritage resort with great Ilocano food. The sand is fine with safe gradual sloping beach.

The place ia perfect for a beach wedding, the whole place is huge enough to accomodate several guests.

The resort brings you back in time with the old "balay balay" homes. Very peaceful and a place to get away from it all.

Best place to becin Ilocos Norte if you want to unwind and relax, but still have privacy, and have perfect view of the sun and sea.

It was a nice and beautiful place and heritage vibe.

Turning back old time... Place so quiet and peaceful.. If u wanna ease the hussle and bussle of Metro this where you can go.
