The best cafe in town, IMO. Its jyst by Dipolog Airport terminal. Find a seat outside in the garden, by the fishing lake. (Yes - and how many other airport terminal cafes in the world do you know with their own fishing lake?) Order a cold beer; relax and enjoy.

It's clean and looks classy but the serving size is small, cost is relatively affordable but agin the serving size is an issue, you can probably get a better deal for tapsilog than Php90 with 5 pcs 1in chunks.

The food is standard, thw concept is good, but if you want you are eating beside a man without any shirt, this us the place, they do not filter the pne ones getting inside their place.
NO SMOKING AREA.
