The pizza is very nice but the staff not friendly special the short lady don't have experience with customers I wish when I back there she is not there

Sometimes, they do not have the full menu because the "cook" of that certain item was not there.

Terrible service. The cashier looked down on customers, belittling them with her scornful and sharp gazes and indifferent tone of voice.

I experienced this while I was ordering on my previous visits and more so today. The Cashier was apathetic and rude. After getting the ordered pizza, I asked for ketchup. The servers didn't even know what to do, so they called the Cashier. The Cashier, again in a dismissive voice, told me that there was no available ketchup, even though there were ketchups on the service tables. I wonder how much energy it will cost them to pack a small sachet of the sauce. But then I didn't press on.

It was an exhausting and disappointing experience. I thought it would change, but then it happened again, so I decided to write it out rather than remain silent. I hope they learn to be more approachable and kind to their customers.
