I visited the place to inquire if I can get a maternity checkup record from them. The secretary told me to wait until all the appointments are done but I insisted if she can just confirm if I can get this specific record or not so that I can travel immediately to other OB center which is 80kms away, but they did not even bother answering me in a simple YES or NO.

Hence, I waited 3 hours. After waiting, they then told me I cannot get that record from them.

By the way, SSS told me I can just get it from them since they have our record.

Dipolog City is a beautiful place, but this Dr. Calaycay clinic, for the lack of consideration and poor customer service, I don't think it's worth visiting.
