I thought this hospital will not provide good service since their are lots of negative feedbacks. But we were accommodated immediately upon the entering the emergency room. Good thing that if you have philhealth, they will put you into an air-conditioned room at very affordable price. All nurses and doctors are friendly especially in OB Gyne Philhealth ward.

Dipolog City progressive and improved in so many ways and also in the field of health. I hope that one day this hospital can compete with other well known hospitals with outstanding and best health team that excels in treating complex or high-risk cases. And that the people from Mindanao must not go out anymore to Dumaguete, Cebu or Manila for medical interventions.

Went to outpatients and was told it was closed as it's a public holiday.i can see why Filipina doctors and nurses have to do years more training in the western world hospitals before they can touch a person.holidays and eating rice are more important than patient safety
