Mag sunblock na before going kasi mainit. Lots of walking and hiking. Bring hats and shades If sunny weather. The tour guides are so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views at the top.

They have a small resto near the entrance and the food is nice.

Make sure you wear comfy shoes. Bring lots of water, sunblock, and snacks. Fresh air and I love the scenery it was beautiful. Look for Kuya Joey as your tour guide!

Nice view on the Quintinday hills and the volcano

The place is quiet and peaceful. The steps were steep and it has a great view at the top. The tour guide was accommodating and friendly. The place has no signal so you would really be hanging out with your friends.

Forget the other sites in Camalig, which have been turned over to private owners and now charge a fortune for entrance and for every activity you will do once inside (like Sumlang Lake and the nearby Jovellar Underground River).

Solong Eco Park has stayed true to its mission of providing affordable real nature experience. The flowers that line the trek to the top no longer exist because of the land's acidity, but everything here is natural. The cave is kept to its natural formation. Owners take extra care to avoid disrupting the bats by using solar-powered portable lighting during trips to the cave.

Entrance fee is P70. Guide fee of P150 is not mandatory. We even got to pick wild guava!

For true nature lovers, this place is the real deal in Camalig.

Great place to spend time with nature. Experience to summit a hill and view a chocolate-hills-like landscape, and also view the cascading crystals inside an abandoned quarry cave.
