Very slow service! Ignoring clients and priority lanes. The chairs are very uncomfortable, especially when u are pregnant or senior citizens. Although the air-conditioned is good but the service is worse, and the waiting area is very crowded. 😒

Slow service. Cash deposit machine is broken 90% of the time.

Takes you 2-3 hours just to make a deposit. No priority lanes. All counters ARE priority lanes. If you’re not a priority person. Expect extremely long wait times

The supposedly convenient alternative is the Cash Acceptance Machine. It’s broken 5 days out of the 7 days of the week. Sometimes the whole week.

They are the only BPI in Dipolog. At least management should keep that in mind.

Slow as hell! Find another bank if you can! Today is my first and last, no more next time...
