Went here to transfer my RDO to my residence RTO. Made sure I was here by 9AM kasi mabagal daw ang service. I went on a Monday. Mabilis lang. Wala na number number kinuha lang form ko then tinawag na lang ako nung may tatak na. I think 5 minutes lang. They key to a faster transaction if same na RDO transfer ang purpose nyo is idownload ang form 1905 online and ifill out nyo na agad and iprint para less time consuming saka agahan and pili ng day na di matao like Monday. Hope this review helps para iwas aksaya ng oras.
