Firstly, I would like to commend the hotel staff for their professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, every interaction was met with warm smiles and a willingness to assist.

Regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. The housekeeping team ensured that my room was spotless at all times, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. This attention to detail greatly contributed to my overall comfort and satisfaction during my stay.

Additionally, the amenities offered by the hotel were of top-notch quality. The fitness center provided a wide range of modern equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine without any difficulties. The complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different dietary preferences.

I am not fam of giving reviews on my previous accommodation. I had so much fun during my stay. Overall is superb! The room, they have friendly and accommodating staff, facilities are clean. This is perfect for vacation or business! Must experience! Thank you so much. Will visit again for sure.

We stayed here during December for 3 nights . The hotel is amazing . Beautiful Christmas trees and decorated. The hotel is very big and sometimes confusing so try to get the same way always .
Our room was a 2 bedroom with bay view. We also had a massage room, karaoke room and a huge living room/ dinning room and kitchen. Both bedrooms had a huge jacuzzi . It was amazing . The view is beautiful.
We had a butler also that was very helpful. Very good breakfast.

There are lots of restaurants and shops also in the hotel . I don’t gamble but there were many people that were there for that .

This place is amazing. As soon as you arrive the valet are all really welcoming then when you walk in you are blown away by the luxurious grand hall. The entire walk to the elevator was simply amazing with all the different shops and finally the room was so nice and comfortable I can't recommend it enough. This is definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Manila or even just a place to rest after a long flight and before you start your trip anywhere else in the Philippines.

I went here with my colleagues around midnight and the service staff were very exceptional.

The place has complete accommodation for everything a guest needs. The place does reek of cigarettes, and the non-smoking area is a bit far off for those that do not like smoke.

Parking is surprisingly free for those that want to try and go here.

One of the best hotels I've been to. The rooms are well lit, the bathroom is spacious, and housekeeping is excellent. The amenities of the hotel were wonderful. The food they served was amazing and very delicious.

Rooms here are very spacious and you can really tell that it is a 5 star hotel. This hotel is owned by a Japanese person and we know how Japanese people provide service. Nothing but the best! Truly exceptional experience.

We've Been here twice (last year November 2023 and just recently January 2024) My feedback on both occasions, i just have to say here... is that the overall experience was STELLAR!

Me and partner both had a wonder stay at the Hotel. The staff are all accommodating and the rooms are clean and smells so nice. Okada Manila is a must try for all couple out there. This branch deserves my 5 star rating
