Private Hospital, very accommodating to the patients in the ER, but you have to wait in a couple of mins and they treat you well ~

Way back 2004 i was hospitalized here...goodness ung food nila yucks...ung room ke barbaridad now i dont know...hope this hospital change a lot...

The only hospital that does not answer their provided hotline.

Poor patient care and services.

I went to the hospital's Emergency for check up after being involved in a vehicular accident . The attending nurse did not entertained me for the reason that they do not have a medico legal. I told them I was asking for help, not medical certificate.

I was asked to fill out a form despite saying that I cannot write due to injured right arm. There was no queuing but nobody cared.

Held my uncle for WEEKS, continuously testing him (even repeating some!) and keeping him. Rather than trying to refer him out to other specialists to help figure out what was wrong, the attending just kept ordering more random tests. There was no way for my uncle to call a nurse when someone wasn't sitting in the room with him (we had to go to the nurses station) and the room as filthy. Stay away!

Super rude staff. I swear I will never go back to this hospital ever again. They should know that people that came over to the hospital have more important things to think than their stupid protocol of not letting people in. Do not go to this hospital, they charged you more out of your pocket even though you have hmo and worse even before they do anything to the patient.

Not recommended. Staff and all personnel are not clear about instructions. They just want you out of the door!!! HMO affilidated but wants all to be cashed out. No explanation not until you asked and yet the answer is unreasonable and no sense! A disgrace to health care section!!!!
