Family Care Hospital

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. In-patient and out-patient have different buildings which is very nice and keeps the hospital at peace specially for the in-patients. Some rooms have improved like the er and other labs.

When it comes to professional services, from the staff, to nurses, to doctors, they are all accomodating. When it comes to facilities, ER is improved unlike before, the rest still needs more improvement.

lack of equipments

I had to 4 tests to do, the guy in the laboratory took my blood sample first then informed me that they don’t offer one of the tests!!! Very unprofessional, he should have told me they don’t do it before taking my blood sample. So I had to go to another hospital, take blood sample again for 1 test only whereas I could have done all 4 tests with one blood sample. The guy didn’t even apologize when I was clearly upset and when I went back to get my result the next day he still didn’t apologize and his mannerism was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t have enough staff, lack a proper system in handling patients and cases.
