Staff is very accomodating.Medical services is satisfying too.

All the Staffs and Services are great. They are so respectful and so professional. I commend specially the Nurses of the ER, ICU and Ward. Keep up the good work!

Nice hospital

They may not have the best facility or accommodation, but me and my wife who was confined here still had an okay experience.

After rushing her to 2 other hospitals - of which have reached their capacity - around the vicinity in the middle of the night, thankfully this hospital took us in and has their staff ready. We were properly admitted after an hour of our arrival even though they are also full that time.

The only thing that is not okay for us is that we were attended by a doctor that was quite a newbie. It took almost 4 days (and a couple more consultations with other specialists) for my wife to have a definitive diagnosis and finally undergo surgery. She was only in IV those 4 days, no food or water intake. Those 4 days (and an unnecessary CT scan) no doubt ballooned our bills. Thankfully, the other specialists/surgeons are really nice. The surgery and recovery is also done here.

The staff and nurses are nice and accommodating. The food is unexpectedly good. But the meds are expensive. The location is convenient and accessible to public transportation and there is plenty of parking space. The facility in general is a bit old, hope they have an upgrade soon.

Lastly, we were admitted to a room with a very good view of sunrise and sunset which made the experience, frustrations and inconveniences bearable for her, and quite enjoyable and relaxing for me, relieved me of the stress. We can say we had our long weekend staycation here, October 26-November 2.

True, I definitely agreed, that they will asked you first if you have "pambayad". In my case naman, they asked kung may pang deposit, dahil kung wala, "goodbye", hanap ka ng ibang hospital. :(

Good doctor and nurse services but si ateng cashier ay mas masungit pa sa doctor at very lacking in professionalism

Very Poor service .unapproachable personnel.the patient needs to adjust for thier time .worst experience ever ...

Emergency personnel doesnt care about the patient waiting out ..take note i am the only patient that time i am waited for 1 and half hour ...the hmo already approve but i dont know what happening the people around

I was told to approach the Cashier for the HMO processing for approval for a swab test and the Security Guard told to come back after 8am because that is they're time in, when I came back at exactly 8am the cashier was available, but the cashier told me that their HMO Admin is still not at the office and I waited until 9:30am until someone that will assist me for hmo approval.

Good service Though, the patient really needs to adjust for your good services 😑

Dra.Raquel Reyes a cardiologist -0 star rate.
11k per visit in my father’s room. Her professional bill is 55k for just 4 days. Her professional fee can kill a patient literally. She is such a very GREEDY doctor. Instead of curing a patient. She is killing them for asking 58k. She should not be a doctor. DRA.RAQUEL REYES 👎

Do not even consider this hospital until you have money to be thrown away. They only care about your money.

Please do yourself a favor and try other hospital but St. Therese.

The nurses and doctors are very good!
Except for the Cashiers who acts like shes the owner of the hospital.
Humihingi lng sister oo ng Medical records kung ano ano na pinagsasabi mo at itatanong mo kung kailan kami lalabas at magbabayad ng medical bills.
Nakalimutan mo ata Ateng na hindi pa nga stable ung pasyente at wala kang karapatan magsalita samin ng kung anu ano emleyado ka lng.Magbabayad kami pag ayos na ung pasyente nmin.
Be professional at sensitive enough dahil di mo alam mga pinagdadaanan namin.
Sa management ng Hospital na ito turuan nyo yang Cashier nyo at jan sa pharmacy nyo ng good conduct at professionalism.

Walang sense of urgency..
ER nga eh inabot kami ng maghapon bago irelease ang result ng Lab. Wala din namang nangyari..Binayaran para pahirapan bantay ng pasyente

We paid the services through our insurance, sobrang mukhang pera ng mga tao dito. One doctor even told my mom na gawin lahat na lang ng tests (without basis) since the insurance will pay for everything. It took us a month para makuha at mabasa yung results, the patient was asked to go back and forth para sa mga tests and appointment na di natutuloy! How unprofessional and ang galing magh dogshow ng mga receptionists, you will really question yung mga pinagaralan.

SOBRANG BAGAL NYO !! LITERAL NA ST. TIIS SAINYO!! PERA LANG GUSTO NYO SA PASYENTE , DAPAT SA INYO NAG SASARA NA KAYO!! MGA DOKTOR DITO WALANG KWENTA!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

walang kwentang ospital tatanungin ka muna kung may pang bayad ka bago ka asikasuhin
