It's a government hospital so the waiting line (OPD) is quite long. But all medical staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Kinda bit impressive for this ospital. Yes , they give care but how about phone calls and data connection?

Since i'm inside on the establishment i lost a full bar of signal with no data connection and no signal at all.

Solution for you who working at Rizal Provincial Hospital , install a signal beacon on the ceiling. Just like a WiFi Repeater.

In-service trainings would help the hospital to be more responsive.

This hospital sucks, there are no doctors most of the time. Nurses and stuffs are very lazy and impolite. Doctors prescriptions are always branded and will always direct you to one specific drugstore (coop) which all medicines are expensive. They would not right down the generic name so that if you would go to other drugstore they cannot determine what medicine it was and you will be forced to buy on their drugstore. You cannot ask for medical certificate after yoou had your checked up and need to comeback for the other day. Their out patient service would take you a whole day before you get your turn. Stuff has no sense of urgency at all.
