This is an authentic Spanish church that has been used now for centuries and is in better condition than most heritage buildings of its time. Despite the remarkable architecture the fact that it is still respected and utilised by its parishioners is a critical reason that it's in its amazing state of condition.

Tigbauan Church is also known as St. John of Sahagun Parish Church. It's one of the oldest churches and located in the southwestern Iloilo where all the adjoining Catholic Churches are historical and have a unique architecture. The Church is facing the plaza and adjacent to the national highway and town hall. It has beautiful modern design interior made of colorful mosaics.
