Eastwest, I am very frustrated and disappointed with your bank. You are the slowest bank to entertain client's concerns. I was charged of a credit card transaction that I didn't purchase. More than 2 months had passed and you can't give judgment to the transaction? It is really clear that the account being used in purchasing to Lazada is not my Lazada account and the address of the purchaser is Manila. You have the nerve the always call, text, email me with SOA for which amount becomes bigger because of the interest you added. Of course I will not pay that because I am not accountable for that fraudulent transactions in your bank. Your bank is not secured. Why should people trust you with their money and investments that you as a bank cannot secure your clients accounts and cannot give if not excellent but better service to us? We, as clients are not protected by your bank. You should have a customer service desk in your branches nationwide. Do not just lead us to the customer service ESTA or phone numbers because those are just talking but no action. The slowest bank, ever.

i requested my new OR CR ang nangyari pinagpasa pasahan lng kami ng call center at branch san kami kukuha hanggang nag email nlng kami 1 month na kami nag rerequest paulit2 nlng tinatanong nila pero wala padin ng yayari until d nlng na registered ang sasakyan.... what a poor service
