This a great place to stay, it’s relaxing the environment is nice.

The pension house is very near to the boulevard and Rizal’s anchorage historical site. A great place to stay due to its proximity to the tourist spots of Dapitan.

It is very good hotel. And room is comfortable and clean. Also location is great. And the staff is friendly and helpful but special Ching in reception she is very nice and she is help anyone

It's really a good hotel, 50 m from the Boulevard and the sea shore. Rooms are very comfortable and clean as the other premises.
I had a terrace also.
The air-conditioning is good, but a little bit noisy.
It's very quiet.
The owner is a gentle person and quite helpful.
Prices are more than reasonable. I paid 900 pesos per night.

Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location too. Nice restaurant on the highway just a 2 minute walk. Small snack selection here, plus Sari-sari store next door. Lots of tricycle drivers nearby. Fair prices and hot water in the showers. Daily Nescafe for 2 included. Cold bottled water available. Good Wifi.

Location is in the heart of the city near at the park, rizal's statue's, landmarks, glorious fantasy land.
Room we choose a good 4 person cost 1,080(senior discount).
Note they have free wifi, speed is OK but it will depend on the room your place in cause they have thick walls, there will be a situation you are connected to wifi but no internet. Our room is 209 near the 2 wifi repeaters located in the 2nd floor lobby. So if you want good internet stand by the lobby.

Good value for money. Good location quite central and close to the seaside. There are many restaurants around. Friendly staff, nice rooms. AC and Hot shower. Smart-TV without TV programme receiver - but with Wifi including Netflix, Youtube.... and you could bring a USB Stick with movies....
Dapitan is a nice city and the area North of Dapitan is one of the nicest areas of the Philippines. You should plan to stay a bit longer.

Rooms are clean, pension staff are friendly and accommodating, location is accessible to boulevard, eateries, and 2-3 blocks from fantasyland

Breakfast is simple and good. Wifi just good near lobby. Services are good. We took the family room near the front desk where wifi is good enough and costs 1500 peso. Good place for walk to beach to swim. Sea water seems dirty but just because the sand is black. Actually the beach sand is fine and the quality of the sea water is good for swimming.

Best location if you want to tour in dapitan. Mabait ang staffs and the rooms and cr is nice.
Very near sa sunset boulevard.
