The place is ok and the proctors are hospitable.

I seriously hope Ateneo would address these issues regarding their prometric testing center.
1) DISTURBING NOISE - the day of my exam, the person beside me was literally pounding on his keyboards and I could hear the ENGLISH listening tests of other examinees as if it was on speaker, I could not concentrate at all! 😔 The provided noise-cancelling headphones was not adjustable and super tight, I had to hold it for hours para lang hindi sumakit ulo ko so I did kind of panic initially then naglapse na yung minutes for tutorial/intro, exam time na, tska pa lang binigay yung ear plugs! Meron pala nun 😭 Sana before letting me in, this should have been provided already! PLEASE REPLACE ALL WITH SILENT KEYBOARDS AND HAVE ADJUSTABLE NOISE-CANCELLING HEADSETS WITH CUSHION.

2) LACK OF AIR - The room was narrow and small and all of us inside were required to wear facemasks all the time for 2-3 hours, hence, it was HARD TO BREATHE! - add the tension, the pressure and the small space w/o adequate flow of air was torture. PLEASE PROVIDE A BIGGER/SPACIOUS ROOM SO EXAMINEES WILL BE MORE COMFORTABLE AND FAR FROM ONE ANOTHER. e.g. CLASSROOM size

3) DON'T RUSH EXAMINEES - if an examinee arrived earlier than their scheduled exam, give them time to prepare for 15 minutes or so, please try to make them relax first, sana yung bungad niyo po ay "pwede muna kayo magcr or drink water first, then pasok lang po kayo sa room if ever you're ready". Kasi kaya nga po inagahan to avoid magcram... hindi yung "pwede na ngayon magstart" when in fact in an hour or 2 pa yung exam tapos pinapapasok na agad after maglocker. Also, your camera needs a stand hindi yung hawak niyo, ginagalaw niyo pa, nakakahilo. I just sincerely hope you'll take all these into consideration for the future examinees! Iba-iba ang experiences naming mga examinees and this is just according to mine. Still, thanks for all your efforts.

NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR LANDLINE NUMBER!!!

Pwede ba yung mga person incharge during exam. If wala naman kami violation wag nyo nlng kami puntahan kasi na didistract kami. Just like yesterday, one of the staff interfere while im taking my exam just because of the headset kasi diko pa binababa. Ibababa naman namin yan after namin matapos yung test. And im almost done that time ng nakita nya and sabi nya i next mo finish test and ayun na next ko kasi na distract ako diko na review yung sagot ko even though i still have enough time pa naman.nakakapang hinayang lang kasi baka kung di ako kinausap n kuya kahapon na review ko yung sagot ko sa last part at naabot ko yung cut off score. Ayun lang!thank you.

bakit walang sumasagot sa landline niyo?! nakailang tawag na po kasi. wala din po ba kayong email or cellphone number man lang?. mag inquire lang naman po ako. hirap naman kayo kontakin! oras oras nagtatawag ako pero wala pa din!

Are they accepting prometric examinees now?
Their landline number is not on service.
Mahirap kasi ang pabalik-balik sa Makati lalo’t malayo pa po ang panggagalingan namin.
