Daiso Japan

I felt so happy when Daiso Japan opened their doors to Tagbilaran. Now we have a store here that offers a variety of products, a great customer service, and better quality items.

I've been to other Daiso Japan outlets in Cebu, however, this one in Tagbilaran has to be my personal best. Not only do they sell a variety of items (lotion, towels, pet house, chair cushions, a variety of chips and cookies, etc.) they always have something new to display every week.

When it comes to customer service I personally feel that most stores in Bohol lacks it, compared to the standards in Cebu, however the Daiso outlet here excels in customer service. You can really distinguish the level of customer service here if you try visiting this place, then head right away to the department store nearby. You'll feel how accommodating the staffs here in Daiso Japan are, compared to those staffs in the department store.

I usually go to Unitop when I need to buy some presents for my family during Christmas or birthdays, but when Daiso Japan opened — goodbye Unitop! Here in Daiso Japan, the quality of their products are way better compared to those items you can find in Unitop.

I’m always satisfied with the items I buy from them. They can also take Apple Pay (just make sure to have a photo of your card number, date of expiration and security code.)

😮 So suprised I saw Daiso in Tagbilaran 😆 Last time I visited Daiso was in California long time ago. Very happy to visit this store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bought some goodies ofcourse.

Was here yesterday and the staffs were so accomodating! One od the best item i bought here is my new 5,000mAh powebank. Kasing slim halos ng Iphone 6 and even much lighter. May built in USB cord for android and apple pa. Sooooo suliiiiittttt!!! Nakabili dn aq ng hairbrush na oagNafold para na dn pressed powder.. aw so chic! The store is relatively new so it looks neat, orderly, and items are still in their right places and meticulously arranged. The staff members are always on the alert. It is the kind of store that sells anything you can think of—from shoe polish, shower rod, stationery paper, shoe rack, seaweed chips, pencils to plates, neckties, perfumes, cat litter—and makes you think you actually need them.

So a word of caution: if you are on a tight budget, make a list pf things to buy before going to the store, and make sure you bring the amount of money you are only willing to spend, because most likely you'll buy a lot of things here that you don't actually need.

I had a bad experience with Daiso Bohol. I tried to complain but I had to look for a solution for it myself. Talking about after sales service? Naah... Very limited. Beware.
