Definitely one of the good finds in San Juan La Union! A cafè named after Billie the Golden Retriever!

We ordered the OG Bagnet, Tapa and Kimchi Fried rice. All were equally good and tasty. Presentation was really nice too!

I also recommend their signature LAX latte.

The owners were really nice and accommodating. We even had a nice Photo session with Billie and Teddy!

Oh! You gotta checkout ShoreBreak Hostel, a real nice place to stay here in Elyu!

The staff, especially miss Romela, and owners at Billie’s Coffee + Kitchen are super kind! Even to our dogs who were not friendly, they were very understanding. The food and the drinks were awesome at an affordable price so we came back several times through out our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We love this place. 🥹🏳‍🌈

BEST SPECIALTY COFFEES AND FOOD WE’VE TRIED IN LU!!

We’ve tried their LAX Latte, Honey Oat Latte, Spam Kimchi Fried Rice, and OG Bagnet, and everything is absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you really get what you pay for and more. The food is super tasty, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. Their coffees are among the best in LU. Skip the overhyped coffee spots and head to Billie’s instead—you will truly notice the difference in quality and taste.

We love the vibe of the place and it’s so clean. People are nice and servers are polite. It’s LGBT and pet friendly too! Can’t get enough of their coffee. LAX latte is a must try. Love the Honey Oat Latte too. We tried the bagnet, kimchi fried rice with spam and Longanisa, and we’re happy with the quality and taste of the food. We just ate everything and forgot to take photos but we got a photo of our second cup of LAX latte for the day! We ate here for 2 straight days! Will definitely come back for the food and visit Billie and Teddy too!

Our new favorite tambayan/breakfast spot in LU 🥹 Our friend accidentally saw Billie while driving back to our hotel that evening. We immediately decided to have breakfast there the next morning. We are so happy when we see Billie!! He's a bit shy but cooperative. 💖

The foods are soooo delicious plus the coffee. Affordable too!!! The staffs are also so friendly 🥹

I ordered Caramel Macchiato for 2 consecutive breakfasts ✨ If only I could visit here everyday, I would love to!

We love Billie’s coffee and kitchen and highly recommended!! Tried their morning classics: OG Ilocos bagnet, longganisa, hot cappuccino, and milo dino for breakfast and it is so tasty and delicious!!

a chill place in san juan where you could just enjoy your drink and its surroundings. having billie in the shop makes it more attractive for the tourists. billie is also welcoming to us and we’ll surely come back here if time will permit

situated in shorebreak hostel with rustic ambience, this place serves nice kimchi fried rice with huge servings, and oh so fresh eggs for bfast! prices are not cheap but worth it 💯 the Lax coffee is a stunner! i didn’t know orange peel, vanilla & cinnamon could really go well! although i’m not vegan, I really enjoyed the vegan tapa so much more than the regular beef tapa being served by others. btw, they accept GCash

will def. try bagnet and drink that Lax ☕ again!

Tried their Kimchi Fried Rice & Spam, sooo good! They also serve 4-shots espresso if you’re part of palpitation nation, this is the right setting. ☕

Beef tapa and pork tocino were sooo yummy. The rice was 10/10, the portion was good and the coffee was perfect.

Excellent food + extraordinary service + great vibe. We had their bagnet (extra crispy) and kimchi fried rice (don’t miss this) with spam. They also have a wide selection of drinks and appetizers. Highly recommended!
