I highly recommend this place especially to those who are on a tight budget. For as low as 150 pesos for 3 hours, you can try their fully air-conditioned rooms and avail its amenities like hot and cold shower, cable tv, wifi and intercom.

Rates are:

150 - 3hrs
300 - 6hrs
400 - 12hrs
500 - 24hrs

Just checking for future need but from what I saw and staff I met it appears to be the better of the low price inns

Some rooms have damaged heaters.
TVs have only one channel.
No phone signal inside the room for TNT/Smart/Sun users.
Fair signal for Globe/TM users
Good signal for DITO users.
Wifi signal is good only to areas near the router. Maybe 5 rooms can only experience good signal.
Overall, still its worth recommending because its clean and worth the price.

It is a nice place to stay with nice staff. Even the food was good. It is strictly a couples hotel. I think I was the only person who stayed in a room alone. Wifi is only available if you are near the office. Further surety further away is Paso net. I would definitely recommended.

Great, though not as elegant as the 1st choices--Borders Inn and King's Field, but is more affordable and cheaper budget fit.
