I had the worst experience woth this branch today, as I respectively called their branch to ask if the medicine I am looking for is available at their branch and this lady that took my call said yes and it must be picked up asap. So, I rushed to their store and lined up and waited for my turn. When I handed the prescription she said the amount and I gave her the money, after how many minutes, she returned and handed me the prescription and money back and told me that they dont have it, it made me upset as I already called to make sure, they should have checked the item that they have it before saying yes over the phone. Such rudeness and neglect in their part having discrepancies in their system and actual item.
