Chow Bai - Asian Gastronomy

My brother recommended this place having delicious food and value for your money.

Indeed, we found the asian/chinese fusion food to be intriguing and delicious. They add a lot of mushroom on different dishes and taste was very rich. I especially like the Beef on hot pot like a kare-kare and it has a unique chinese taste especially customized for Filipino taste.

It was a nice experience since it was not yet crowded when we visit at lunch. It opens around 11am and you will be treated well with their well-trained staff. I noticed they observe and ready to fill your glass with water when it is empty especially in this hot weather condition.

The food are great and the place is well maintained and decorated. The cooking time somehow took some time but I understand the preparation time for all the dishes. Unfortunately the whole chicken haianese was delayed and was served late. Other than that, it was really all okay.

We dined last night because we are already going back to Zamboanga City.
We ordered coconut shrimp, rice toppings with pork, tofu and vegetable soup and the patatim. They also serve us cups of fragrant tea
OMG the Patatim. I never imagined that it was a huge serving and yet it was affordable and comes with two pcs of mantao bread.... I kept on savouring their soup because I was so inspired and I wanna cook that in my home.
The server is such a kind lady and the ambiance is cool. The interior is eye-catching and we went home with a full stomach and were really satisfied... We will go back here again.... It was an amazing experience to dine here..

Our Go to Place for Great "Chinese" Food in Dapitan... Not that there are any other choices... However... Chow Bai would be a great choice even if there were others... Our favorites are the Honey Lemon Chicken, Eggplant Hotpot, And of course the Chow Bai Fried Rice... All excellent flavors, and always enough leftovers to take home and have a lunch the next day! (:

Delicious food here. Fast and friendly service. Entrees big enough to share. Nice decor too.

Superb foods

Had lunch here with a regular guest and her high expectations were not met. The crabs were too small to enjoy, the patatim was a little hard. It wasn’t a total disappointment even though the only fish they have was a pompano and a salmon, nothing fresh.

all the food i ordered tasted really good, the steamed pompano being the best of all. it’s a nice place to bring friends and family. great for lunches and dinners. 👏👏👏

The ambiance is nice.. food, it was a bit salty.. overall experience good.. one of the decent Chinese restaurant in the area..

If you are in Dapitan city and craving for Chinese food, this is the place to be. I got the noodles and dimsum platter and was not disappointed.
