SM is the most disability friendly mall here. There are ramps on all entrances.The toilets are wide with handrails even on the sink, as if they consulted a person with disability to check and test its usefullness. There are lifts to access the upper floors. However, the management does not check who uses the disabled parking areas at the parking lot, thus abled persons use the spot.
