OYO 448 Pvc Pension Haus

Its really nice place to stay here...well accomodating. .

There are 2 PVC Pension Houses in Tagum City - 1 located near NCCC Tagum and 1 in the downtown area.

I've booked a room for a 1 night stay through an online app however the Management of PVC never indicated nor classified on their page which pension house should I be in.

Imagine us, from Tagum Bus Terminal going to PVC near NCCC Tagum and was told that it was not the right place. I should be in PVC downtown area. But online, the Map Locator pointed us near NCCC Tagum.

I've also updated the exact location of PVC near NCCC so to help my fellow Travellers.

On the positive side, the Staff even the Security Guard, they were all so nice and accommodating.

The hotel staff are the most ill-mannered people you will ever meet. From the seemingly uneducated front desk staff to the back-sassing cleaning lady. Be wary also of the loud shouting from the hotel staff at 6:00 in the morning since that is their only means of communication from the ground floor to the third floor.

Note that Tagum City has lower supply of water on saturdays and that these staff will just look at you blankly and let you find your own water. They won't even tell you of the situation. We couldn't even take a bath that day.

I booked through agoda so i got the room at a great deal. The rooms were okay though. The beds were nice and the sheets were clean. Still, the worst stay i've ever experienced.
