OYO 256 Sakura Suites

Difficult to locate. Agoda and google maps show different address. When you call customer service they also dont know where and which one. No number available to call frontdesk. Upsetting experience.

I looked one of their rooms since a friend needs a room early next year. Well, the room does not look bad at all though it's small but then I made a "mistake" after I received the pricelist which did contain their email address. I dared to ask: "Can I make a reservation via email?" Their facial reaction was mindboggling odd as if I have asked to get the whole property handed over for free. Despite the very clear "NO" they agreed less than a minute later I could make a reservation by email if this would include the (scanned) reservation form. At least they stick to their principles (like a politician....). I doubt this is the right place for my friend.

The worst hotel service worst management worst staff.
Only second and third floor rooms dangerous stairs to go room .
No cleaning room or changing towels or others .
Receptions look like been forced to work in the hotel not even hi or good morning saying or saying back to us .
One day a guy sitting in receptions with sleeveless tshirt .
The time a decide to checkout and leave even the management worse than imagine
Beware this place it's just a joke of the year wasting money.
Next road better hotel and very professional named kojo hotel
