We were in dire need of a clinic that would address our needs for our fur babies. This clinic gave us hope and exceeded our expectations.

From the guard to the receptionists, to the orderly and the vet doctors. Very professional and top notch worry free care for your cats.

Special mention to Dr. Karlos for giving our cats the best care and attention. His attention to details and how he explains the results is very easy to understand.

This review will not justify how wonderful The Cat Clinic is, you have to experience it for yourselves! Each time furparents and furbabies come in, the staff greets them with a warm smile before doing business. The team is well trained who have created and fostered a remarkable culture.

We had the pleasure to meet Dr. Carlos Martinez in May 2022 when we first brought our adopted cat for a general check up. A fun memory, our cat’s name changed instantly from Valentina to Valentino when Dr. Carlos confirmed we have a male cat. We really thought we adopted a queen! Our cat survived the parvo monster, had neuter surgery, fungal infection treated and upset stomach cured all under Dr. Carlos’s care. He is an absolute wonder. Extremely knowledgeable and offer detailed explanation and practical advice for our cat’s health. Always a delightful conversation with him. From the bottom of our hearts, our sincerest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to him and the entire staff of the clinic.

We highly recommend this cat clinic for top notch service (you get what you pay for) because they truly care about your furry loved ones.

TCC is our go-to vet for our 3 cats! We chose this because we wanted a clinic specific for cats so we are assured that they are well taken care of. It’s a bit pricey than other vet clinics but the services they provide and more makes it worth it! Their Makati branch is nice and welcoming for the cats and cat parents though it can really get busy during weekends.

My cat had her deworming the other day and I’m glad I brought her here. The place is super nice (they actually have toys and coloring books for while you wait, which I super enjoyed) and I also love how the staff informed me every step they had to do with my cat. Great experience at the cat clinic. My cat’s attending vet Doc Carlos is very attentive and detailed with his explanation of my cat’s health. Also I could see that he truly cares for cats which gives relief and peace of mind for any pet owner who also cares for the welveing of their pet. Also, when my cat was confined updates were given regularly and I was overall very happy with everything. Would recommend this clinic and Doc Carlos to other cat owners out there!

The staff is friendly. They have free coffee and coloring books for kids! The Vet knows what she is saying. I trust them 100 percent. Perfect clinic for a cat mom like me.

Thank you so much to TCC Makati! It’s my first time getting a cat and I’m so clueless on how to take care of them. Good thing we had a consultation with Doc Carlos and he guided me on the things I need to provide for my cat, including the vaccines and deworming. Will be coming back for sure.

Dr. Carlos Martinez has been my cat’s vet since 2021, providing exceptional care until we relocated to Singapore, recently. Along with Sesa and Angel, Dr. Martinez has always been incredibly helpful in managing my cat's asthma and gastro issues. They never once downplayed my concerns, always patiently answering all my questions and assisting with the meticulous documentation my cat needed for relocation. I've always felt their genuine care. When my cat's medical condition presented a challenge during relocation, Dr. Martinez and his team went above and beyond. Their exceptional support throughout the process made the relocation smooth and stress-free.

I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend The Cat Clinic Makati.

My cat’s breath was getting a little over the line recently 😂 so I brought her last week to The Cat Clinic here in Makati for a dental prophylaxis. The vet handled her very well even though she was a little spicy (it was her first time visiting the clinic so everything was new to her) but all in all I’m glad I brought her here cause now I feel like her breath has gotten okay plus she eats better. I scheduled her for grooming next week! Hope everything goes well with that also. Thanks TCC Makati!

The vets here are very well-trained and they know what they do. Customer service of the staff is also on point. I was also relaxed by the ambiance of the place, it is very cat friendly indeed. Their resident cat is also very very adorable. This clinic deserves 5 stars (or even more)!!

I’m happy to discover we have a cat specific clinic here in PH!! This is actually very helpful especially to my cat because she’s easily stressed by the barking of other furry friends. She’s usually very scared when we go to the vet for her grooming, but with TCC she’s not very agitated. Love love how she was handled here. Will come back here for sure!

I would like to thank all the staff (attending nurses, front desk and pharmacists) including Doc Ada for making sure Sam would be able to recover. Value for money is no longer a consideration because the life of your cat is preserved preventing furparents from additional stress.

The daily updates is more than enough to keep furparents like less worried. This allowed me to have a peaceful night knowing your furbaby is well taken care of.

The facility is top notch because it is clean, calm and peaceful for your cats recovery. All the staff are not just friendly but passionate cat lovers. Oh! Check the guard, he’s another guy that I had a quick chit chat on cats and you can feel their genuine love everytime they speak about the welfare of these cute furballs. The pharmacist on the night of the emergency check in also showed great compassion and loved her cats dearly. What else can you ask for?

For a furdad like me who worries about cats 24/7, it is a huge deal when a facility like this gives you quality service.

I’d like to recommend though that whoever manages the updates must be equipped with information they can instantly provide the furparents as I have experienced delays in responses for questions that could have been immediately answered.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and I am relieved that Sam is coming home with restored energy and vigor. The fight is not over since we have to observe another 2 weeks to assess full recovery.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cat Clinic in Makati and let me just say I am impressed. Staff - very accommodating. Location - the lobby is so comfy you could almost fall asleep while waiting lol. Price - you get what you pay for, maybe not the usual price range for vet services but I am satisfied with the feline care they provided so I’m still ok with this. I would recommend this clinic to my other furmoms!

Definitely the best place to bring your cats! A bit pricey, but it's super duper worth it. The place is clean and quiet, the staff are all knowledgeable and accommodating. Their doctors are really experts in feline care.

My two cats are being cared for by Doc Carlos. He is the kindest and most passionate vet I've come across with. He saved them both from parvo, and I witnessed how he customized his approach depending on what each cat needs unlike other clinics who just give the general bare minimum. He really cares about the cats he sees. He also does his best to explain to us everything and answers every question we have kahit makulit na.

When my cats were confined, I saw how well they watched for symptoms and how fast they addressed each one. First time ko makaexperience na nagbbgay pa ng heat lamp or cold compress depende sa temp. Ganun sila kabantay sarado when your cats are there. My cats were even kneading while confined because they were comfortable!

I always recommend TCC to my fellow catmoms. I always say the peace of mind they give me is definitely worth it.
