Went here to process CAV for my daughter’s Diploma & Form 137. I emailed DepEd Quezon before my daughter & i fly to Philippines, they said i can get the CAV same day, but when i arrived in Deped 4A Calabarzon sabi nung guard na 5 working days daw.
Got stressed because nag-aaral yung anak ko sa South Korea at worried na mahuli sya dahil magiging marami ang absent nya.
I emailed them asking to consider expediting my daughter’s CAV and gave them a proof showing my daughter is currently studying in South Korea.
I went back 2 days later to personally ask, because i am unsure if they read my email, they told me that they will do it same day and ask me to go back after lunch.
Thank you so much sa 2 guards sobrang bait, tinulungan nila ako na makausap yung nasa Records section, thank you kay ma’am Babeth na ginawa at tinapos agad same day, pati kay Jasper. I really appreciate it po🙏🏼
