Mainit Hotspring

This Hot-spring has also a little pool where you can join the warm water the temperature of the water is above 30°C and it is really nice for relaxing or after a long walk. The price is low, we pay 20,00php each to the owner. A tip is nice, that he can finished his new pool.

The entry road is the beginning of a Barangay, just drive through the gate and than until the end of the road. You see a little river and on the other side you see the hot spring pool

as of January 12, 2018, hot spring is still there but damages on what used to be pools, after typhoon Urduha became a stream. although, you could still hike, and enjoy the soothing hot water 💆
according to the locals, they still have not gotten the support of our tourism department in redeveloping the site but they are trying to do what they can on their own -- since they cant get help from the government-- as of now for people to still be able to enjoy the beauty of this spring that nature has to offer.

The bridge is gone so the last 50m you walk.
I liked it. Small very quiet and the main pool is very hot, the little stream next to it is nice and warm.

This place is very relaxing and quiet. I think it would be amazing to lay under the stars while relaxing in the river. Camping here would be a great adventure

The place was under renovation due to typhoon... Make sure to check if it's open before you go
