Dipolog Airport

Dipolog airport gets a 5-star rating from me because of the amazing tourist representative, Monessa, who helped us get a ride for our trip to Dakak.

She went out of the way to ask if there is an available van for us to hitch a ride going to Dakak. As a result, we were able to get a ride to Dakak conveniently.

The airport itself is small, and you have the usual luggage handlers asking if you need help with your luggage. They ask politely, which is surprising and very much appreciated. The flight from Manila to Dipolog is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Friendly staff. Smooth, ease of transaction from arrival and upon departure. Free wifi at the terminal is a plus.

The airport is neat and has enough seats for waiting passengers. I hope the process will follow naia where they remove the x-ray of baggages upon entering the airport premise.

When it comes to food choices and pasalubong, it has limited stores. You can buy only 3in1 coffee and no brewed coffee available. If the airport gets busier, i hope it will have many more food choices and stores promoting local products.

Overall, it was a nice experience since all staff are helpful and friendly.

The staff are very approachable and accommodating. Got an issue with my flight and booked ticket but they managed it calmly and professionally especially to Miss Grace of PAL staff.. kudos to her 😉😉 even other staff are nice 👍🏻 That is the kind of service every customer needs. first time to visit Dipolog and Dapitan... The airport'slanding strip is right beside the sea... This domestic airport is small but Well maintained and clean!

It's size is relatively small but serves its purpose very well. It has some small snack shops at the second level but unfortunately its not accessible for PWDs with wheelchairs. It has free WIFI for 1 hour and free cold water and free mobile charging.

The updated airport is nice and having luggage trollies is a nice new touch. Always a pleasure.
