St Martin De Porres Hospital

My mother was an in patient for several weeks last year and continues with her follow up appointments and treatments . I am thankful for the exemplary medical care and attention that she received from the Medical, Nursing and Environmental services. I appreciate all the help that you bestow to her. Most of the Staff has been so kind and compassionate. The Hospital is clean and organized. The guard at the front is so helpful even carrying my mother from the car to the wheelchair.
However, the staff (RN? CNA?) at triage, who receives patients lacks a welcoming personality. Been here several times and every time I notice the triage staff doesn’t know how to greet and welcome patients. Grabs my Mom’s arm to check for her pulse and blood pressure without even saying a word to the patient and pts family. And please can someone tell her to appropriately check a patient’s blood pressure needs a stethoscope not just feeling the patient’s pulse.
Her Attending Doctors especially Dr. Gallero is a Heaven’s Sent. I’m forever grateful for her continuous attention towards my mother, never fail to answer and address all my and our family’s concerns regarding our mother’s treatments.
