Disappointing
We have stayed here for hours without electricity. The owner and staffs of the establishment lack humility and show no remorse. They refused to give us a refund despite the poor quality of service they rendered. There are numerous issues with this inn, such as not having a parking space, no backup generator, no heater, and pillows that are as hard as rocks. Their poor customer service is a result of their incapacity to handle client complaints; it was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had.
