Easy to use pay via QR barcode (Gcash and Cliqq) but other thing it wont accept to grabpay via QR barcode because of bad convenient things??

I am writing to bring to your attention a highly unsatisfactory incident that occurred at your 7/11 store on September 23, at approximately 9:45 AM. I believe that addressing this matter is important in maintaining the reputation and integrity of your store.

On the aforementioned date and time, my friend and I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase and using GCash as our payment method. As we approached the cashier, we inquired if it was possible to pay through GCash, to which the staff member on duty confirmed that it could be done. She also informed us that a previous customer had successfully used GCash for payment.

With this information in mind, we decided to make a small purchase, specifically one siopao, to test if we could complete the transaction using GCash. The cashier proceeded to ring up the item, and my friend, who was in line, returned to me to discuss our payment method further. Regrettably, it became apparent that we only had funds available through GCash, and we would need to locate an outlet to withdraw cash to cover the cost of the siopao.

I politely approached the cashier to request that she either vouch for us or remove the item from the system since we intended to complete the purchase after acquiring the necessary cash. Instead of showing understanding or providing assistance, she adamantly refused to cancel the transaction and insisted that we pay immediately. To our dismay, there were no nearby outlets where we could withdraw cash at that moment.

As I tried to explain our predicament and asked her to wait briefly while we sorted things out, a sudden influx of customers began forming a line behind us. Instead of handling the situation with empathy and patience, the cashier raised her voice and started making remarks that were not only unprofessional but humiliating as well. She repeatedly stated phrases like "Ma'am, aren't you going to pay? Come on, there are many people waiting in line. You have to pay! There's no way we can cancel. Hurry because you are being an inconvenience to a lot of people." Her behavior was both distressing and embarrassing to us.

However, what adds to our disappointment is the fact na itinabi niya na lang 'yung siopao after awhile at umusad na 'yung pila; when questioned by another staff member regarding the siopao, she admitted that she could cancel the item without any issue so she did. Hindi raw siya mag hihintay sa amin. So, she had the power to make the situation less stressful for us but chose to mislead us, causing undue distress.

I believe that her actions were not only unbecoming of a 7/11 staff member but also reflect poorly on the reputation of your store. We expect a level of professionalism and customer service that was not extended to us during this incident. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.

Furthermore, I hope that you will address this incident with the staff member involved and provide training or guidance on proper customer service and conflict resolution. We believe that no customer should be subjected to humiliation and mistreatment, regardless of the circumstances.

This is actually my first time in bicol, bumili kami ng drinks that night then since di masyado malamig we decide na kumuha ng ice sa tumbler actually dipa sya puno hati lang then Yung babaeng nasa counter Sabi bawal pong kumuha ng ice. Pasigaw nyang sabi, tas ang dami pa nyang sinabi etc.. moving forward andaming tao like nakakahiya, you can advice or tell to the customer properly like " sir hindi po pwedeng po pwedeng kumuha ng ice diyung mampapahiya then she sound also like a rude nakikipag talo pa sa cx . Sabi nya may bayad daw then I said yes magbabayad nalang po, since dirin naman kami aware then ayaw nya tumigil nakikipag talo pa nasa counter nakami then hanggang sa lumabas ,willing naman kami mag apologize and magbayad dun sa kakarampot na ice but the way Yung tone then mampapahiya in front of many people that's actually not appropriate. 😐
