The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

A lot of cafes in this part of Manila lacks that serenity you’d want for a coffee shop. Thankfully, there’s this Coffee Bean branch in S Maison. If you want some quiet time while enjoying your favorite tea or coffee and a slice of cake, then a visit here will satisfy you. It’ll be a great snack spot after watching a movie in the mall.

The place is well maintained and the staff members attend to your needs immediately.

Nice place to relax and chill. Well lit ambiance and organize tables, lots of fresh pastry and drinks to choose from, great coffee shop experience

I loved the atmosphere when I visited. It is far from the likes of other coffeeshops whose ambience is more like fast food from being crowded and noisy.
CBTL at S Maison is a place where you can sit quietly with your laptop if you need to study or do some work.

Fast becoming my favorite coffee shop!

Its branches are all consistently clean and pleasing to the eyes.

Service needs a bit of improvement, though, but they’re still okay.

I love how the brand is big on engagements and merchandising.

Definitely a place to visit regularly!

Their Kitchen branches are must visits!

Tomato pasta is great!

Location is good. Place looks good. Food is the same as other branches. But the service really needs improvement. There's always a problem everytime I come here. Drink is unavailable, they don't attend to you to take your order even when you're standing at the counter, they dont have service water, or some other problem.

Every table was dirty

Went there with my 2 kids at 5 pm for late merienda since my kids already hungry na..
Saturday..Lot of customer so it's understandable.
I ordered pies...donut and ensymada ..also 2 drinks.
Total of 800

But they forgot my order..

My kids keep asking me about there food
So i have to remind the staff pa.

They said sorry naman.
They lost my order receipt daw

I said its okay..

Once my order arrived..

Another mistake..

They forgot to upsize my drinks.

I went to the counter AGAIN to tell them..

One of the female staff ask her collegues to make another drinks for me..

But he never bother to make another one..

He just went in and out in the dining area to counter..

i been waiting. And waiting. .

NO DRINKS ARRIVED

Since my kids already complaning..(they are bored and tired of waiting)
I didnt bother to complain pa.

But that will be my first and last sa BRANCH nila
