Royal Farms & Countryside Resort

I recently visited RoyalResort, a farmhouse that exceeded all expectations. The place was impeccably clean. The BBQ area was well-designed. The cricket ground was well-lit, perfect for evening games, and the additional activities made our family's stay thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at RoyalResort.

An hour and half away from Karachi. Spent the day relaxing with family. Clean and well maintained facilities and pool. Spacious with courteous staff. Carom board, slide and swings for kids.

Horse riding and archery paid but affordable.

The place is situated in a safe and easily accessible place with good road conditions only 1.5 hrs away from Karachi.

We visited with our family and friends on a Sunday morning. With bright Sunlight and cold breeze of January it was a perfect combination to enjoy beside poolside and comfortably have fun in outdoor activities area.

We did horse riding, archery, shooting and boating in the lake.

Indoor games included carom, table tennis, snooker and foosball.

One can have night stay as well as there are many resorts inside with multiple rooms which are especially comfortable for elders and kids.

Despite being a large area with multiple resorts of 1 acre, overall place is very safe for families and kids. We highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Visited with family for full day in January. It was a perfect place to enjoy sunny weather on a cold winter day. In summers also, overnight stay would be awesome.

We had loads of fun especially in the outdoor activities. Quad bike, shooting range, paddle boats, horse riding, etc.

We booked 4 bedroom residence which was very comfortable and aesthetically furnished. Well worth the money. Residence has indoor games as well along with the pool in the garden.

It's a big arena but very safe for kids and girls. Staff is polite and cooperative. Keep a good pair of shoes because there's a lot of walk around.

This is one of best Farm House i have ever visited in Pakistan.

Here is the reason why:

1. Super Clean rooms, super clean toilets, well maintained luxury furniture in all rooms. When we entered the farmhouse all ACs were already running and rooms were chilled.

2. We requested the management to clear all rooms prior to our arrival for any lizards, mosquitoes or any other insects inside the house. Trust me there wasn't any single insect or lizards inside.

3. The pool was very clean and with shade. They filled the pool with sufficient chlorine in front of us (as we requested) both at night and in the morning and they showed us the overall chlorine level.

4. Everything there was in order and in perfect running condition.

5. The management and the ground staff were super helpful, cooperative and was there round the clock (we spent 20 hours there).

6. The best thing is that you can get Cafe Imran's food delivered in the farm within an hour. We didn't take the food with us. The ground staff charge 1000 Rs for that which i think is justified and worth it (Cafe Imran is 10 km away)

Things you should know:

1. It's quite expensive but to be honest it's worth the money, i literally calculated the cost and it's very reasonable with respect to that.

2. The last 1.5 km from the road to the Farm is very rough and bumpy.

The farmhouse was clean and properly maintained additional activities such as horse riding, paddle boating etc were also enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this farmhouse, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff members were truly welcoming. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist us. The variety of recreational activities available on the property made our stay even more enjoyable. From indoor games to outdoor activities like horse riding, shooting, boating etc. there was never a dull moment. It's evident that the management take great pride in maintaining such a high standard of property & hospitality at its best.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional shooting range experience I had at your resort farm house. It was truly an outstanding and memorable time.

I visited this farm on 23rd December 2023 till 24th Dec 2023 .We had a wonderful experience and honestly speaking I never ever visited farm like this .ever staff was so cooperated especially manager he come to pick us near cafe imran and took us to the farm..

Everything was neat and clean and spacious rooms we booked supreme farm with 5bed room and pool was so clean and water like crystal

Most and important thing of this farm is extra activities like horse riding ,shooting etc .

Last but not the least that in this farm every facilities are available regarding picnic...and servant also available..
