Rahim Yar Khan region was part of Multan province of Mughal Empire. In 1881, Nawab of Bahawalpur gave the city its current name by naming it after his first-born son and crown prince Rahim Yar Khan. Rahim Yar Khan has had the status of a separate district since 1943.🖤❤🇮🇳

Very nice work in limited resources.not too much animals but nice collection.grassy ground are well manged.sitting plans are best.tree n garden are well manged.lovely place to vist.but too far from city.also reaching roads are not very good n dirty.if you are city resident must vist

This is small but very well managed wildlife park. It has several bird species and some wild animals including black buck, chinkara Deer and others.
It's a great effort by the government to preserve some of the endangered species.
If anyone get a chance to visit RYK, I would recommend a visit to the wildlife park.
