Harappa railway station is also an old constructed station like most of other station in Pakistan. It was built in 1920 A.D. during the British rule. This station is not in use nowadays because this is very small station and the city is also very small. However this station is used as crossing of fast trains and local trains when they meet near it.Harappa city and Old Harappa is almost 7-8 Km away from the station.General bus stand is also near the railway station.
