Fantastic location to stay in!

Rooms were competitively priced. Its a stones throw away from the river with Taxis and Public transport easily accessible nearby if you want to travel further afield

Very nice hotel near from town square & transportation I enjoy it plus river side 😍😍😍. Was easy to check in as I was having very long flight . Just bed not that comfortable but idc coz when u come at end of day u definitely fall sleep with no Sense . 😂. Plus affordable price 💁‍♀.

I hosted my wedding at Hotel Niebieski (in the vanilla sky restaurant) and I cannot say enough good about this hotel and staff. Many of our guests traveled from the US or across Europe, and everyone raved at all the details of the place- the food was fantastic, the spa was excellent (especially after the wedding to recover from the party!), the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the unique art and design makes each stay memorable. Pain Beata, who coordinated our wedding, went above and beyond for us a million times over. She made sure that on our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up and having a good time. And, let me tell you, a good time was had. We also appreciated the pizzaria located downstairs , which gave us a relaxed place to hang on the outdoor patio with our guests in the days before and after the party. It also gave us a great location to be tourists - the walk to Wawel and old town is quite charming since you can walk along the river. My now- husband and I have stayed here several times, and plan on returning on each of our visits to Krakow. Cannot recommend it enough.

Stayed here for three nights in Nov 2022. Lovely hotel on the banks of the river and a lovely short walk to the town. Lovely hotel with a spa and restaurant. Great value. Very clean and quiet. Rooms lovely but could do with a refresh. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and there is a lovely balcony in the restaurant to have breakfast overlooking the river. Overall a lovely stay.

Very quiet hotel (which we loved). Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Staff very friendly and helpful when needed (big thank you to Mikhal who looked after us at the bar each night)

View from the suites is beautiful waking up to a river view each morning while standing on your balcony.

Breakfast has excellent selection of pastries and hot food (sausage, toast, egg, beans etc).

If your looking for a romantic spot to spoil your partner this is the hotel you should choose.

My friend & I booked a package deal with easy jet from Northern Ireland so we had no knowledge of the hotel & this was our first trip to Krakow.We weren’t disappointed !! Hotel was lovely,room was spacious & bathroom shower was amazing! We had a 20-25 min walk to the main square.There is a supermarket & small shop shop just across the street that had any wee extras you would need.We both had a cocktail with our pasta meal in the restaurant & really enjoyed our breakfast,fantastic selection!On checking out I had left 3 items of clothing in the wardrobe and after emailing the hotel they were happy to post my items to me & I paid the postage.Highly recommend this hotel & will definitely stay again if I return to the beautiful city of krakow

Amazing place. Just 5min by taxi from Old town (€5), beautiful room with view of the river, spacious and sunny (apartment Sun).
5 star customer service, staff did everything to make my mums 70th birthday memorable (balloons, juices in the room, birthday note).
Spa was second to none. Girls not only super nice but also very knowledgeable and massive strength in hands.
They made us so relaxed and younger that we didn't want to leave.
Will definatelly come back.

Amazing staff, great food, clean rooms. My favorite part is that you get slippers with the hotel niebieski building. That's why I don't mind spending 90€. I haven't seen a better hotel then this one

Completely hassle-free, great location with a tram stop to the centre outside, excellent breakfast and polite staff

Clean rooms nice river view even at the first floor. Breakfast was also good with variety of products. Didn't have time to try the spa services,maybe on my next visit

We stayed here for three nights at the end of March. The room was lovely and clean and very modern and spacious. Our room was on the ground floor, however there was no noise from the traffic of an evening. The hotel is situated at a nice distance from the castle and main square, and it is a lovely walk along the river to get to these places. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was nice with a wide selection. I would definitely recommend staying there, and also eating at the Italian restaurant downstairs.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Right on the river.
A good 15/20 minute walk to the centre/Square, longer if going along the river.
There is the trams for convenience but the walk is pleasant.

This hotel is a very good option for living in Krakow. It is not at the city centre or at the old city, but it leads to a very enjoyable walking trail along the river that reaches the old city within 20-minutes of walk. The hotel overviews the Vistula river. There is a restaurant at the top floor over viewing the river which is extremely picturesque. There is a bar in the ground floor, opposite to the reception desk. It has parking facility. The hotel is calm and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The staffs are smiling, helpful, friendly.

Quiet, sided of the crowds cozy hotel with rooms having beautiful view towards Wisla river (reccomended for booking). Excellent staff service. Good food at hotel restaurant - the one on 3rd floor (two terraces with the river view). Nicely arranged, though not large Spa (during covid times you need to book the visit, quite alike at other hotels).
Best massage with the stones of my lifetime - ask for Dominka :) !
We've been twice at Niebieski so far and will come back.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable rooms, beautiful food and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Have had a full body massage at Vanilla Spa with my friend - loved the experience. We had access to sauna area 30’mins before the massage, followed by a relaxing massage. Loved it. Masseuses were very professional and nice. Would recommend

Stayed for 2 nights and have had a really pleasant stay. Hotel staff very helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is very nice. Would recommend the free 55 minutes in the spar. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Great food.
Although we stayed in a room facing the road the trams did not disturb us in any way even with the window open overnight. The room was very clean as was the the rest of the hotel and served it's purpose. Would highly recommend

The spa was a great experience. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, the facilities are excellent, team room and sauna pristine. The massage was great and very professionally administered. If they were in my city I'd take my friends

Friendly reception staff, clean room, air conditioned, free wifi and complimentary shower gel etc.

The upstairs bar/restaurant has beautiful views over the river, and the Kraków wine we had was gorgeous.

It is within walking distance of the city centre, but the tram also passes so an alternative if travelling with lots of luggage.
