In general we’re very satisfied. Whole
Hotel is quite new and modern. Staff were great and always smiling. Very good cousin and food. Location is perfect as base to explore Tatras National park.

As My feedback here are few things which could be little better.
- on the room is very limited option how to dry wet clothes for example from hike or pool visit…
- the rooms are not well soundproofed
- children's playroom is very old school

Good location, nicely decorated hotel with free parking availability. Breakfast is ordinary and service is acceptable. Restaurant offers many delicious options. Rooms are big enough and bed size is perfect!

Swimming pool is usually occupied by children and hard to relax there.. if you can find availability pool area is also nice.

Came for medical trip and business.

Fantastic service, clean and really well kitted out, especially for a three star hotel.

Once again, the service is amazing. Staff are all extremely professional and friendly.

Nice hotel. Modern equiped. Breakfast is really good and tasty, great variety. Swimming pool is big and a loud, but that’s understandable:). Recommendation, overall.

Lovelly place for vacation. Fantastic food in hotel restaurant, nice drinks and average wellness. On the minus side are children's playroom and closed sauna at Tuesday. On the plus size is very kind personal.

I have had the most satisfying and exciting experience staying here. Rooms are mighty big, sparkling clean. Swimming pool I'd exceedingly well maintained. Weekend getaway here is really worth every penny spent.

The hotel is rather far from the city centre which is good if you want to spend a quiet time with your family. The standard is high - comfortable beds, big screen TV, very clean. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Within a few minutes' walk from the hotel there is a shopping centre and a supermarket.

We spent a beautiful 3 days in the hotel. The hotel surprised us with its cleanliness in every place. The rooms were cozy. beds comfortable and luxurious bathroom. since we needed an extra bed at the reception there was no problem to provide it for us. The hotel staff was very friendly. they spoke good English and what is important they kept smiling. We used the services of the lobby bar mainly in the evening and enjoyed the great meals that the hotel kitchen offers. I give 5 stars to the food. we are very satisfied and will definitely be back. the only thing I recommend for hotel management is to buy fridge for the rooms. it will help a lot especially in the summer months.

Business trip. Perfect hotel for any business meetings or conference. Big, clean and comfortable meeting room. Good food. Very helpfull staff and amazing pool to chill after day of work. Great location close to main Road. See you Again!

I had the opportunity to pass by for a weekend .
All in all it was a wodnerful time and perfect expeirence from food offered to the services (sauna,jaccuzi,pool) .
For sure we will come back ☺

Very nice service. Everything is brand new and feels premium. Kitchen needs to gain some experience but all crew are smiling and lady on reception was the best ever.
