Globus Aparthotel Kraków

I like:

Friendly staff who are ready to help 24/7. The Globus does not have a reception, but you can always call the phone number at the reception and in your room and they will answer. The reception is located in the neighbouring hotel (Leone) 3 min walk away. You can leave your luggage at the reception.
My room had a broken kettle, when I checked in I rang reception, an hour later a member of staff brought me a brand new kettle. I was pleasantly shocked!
The staff speaks excellent English.

The room has towels, two liquid soaps, kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee, sugar, milk powder, TV, wardrobe, coat rack with hangers. The room is also air-conditioned and has a fan.

Very comfortable beds.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and major attractions.

In the same house, literally next door is a grocery shop.

I don't like:

A little noisy if you keep the windows open.
Air conditioning can be controlled remotely from reception (you need to call)

The room was standard with two beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom. It also has a TV, but not a large selection of channels. The hotel has its own free WiFi. The location is 15 minutes from the old town, which is very positive.
The negative is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, so if you manage to find a parking spot on the street, be prepared to pay for parking by the hour, which is not exactly cheap.

Beautiful boutique hotel; with amazing customer service. Huge room; (ask for a room in the back as this is next to a major intersection with streetcars (trams). You can book your excursions to Wieliczka at the reception. They offer amazing breakfast as well. This is located in close proximity to all that you need/want to see in Kazimierz and Kraków. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience here. Although there was no restaurant or bar but there's a nice bar just up from it and a lovely wee cafe next door. Breakfast was good aswell. Rooms were cleaned everyday and water/coffee/tea bags were restocked everyday. Shampoo body wash and soap were provided :) hair dryers is actually good for a hotel one. I would recommend this hotel highly this is our first time in Poland and they helped us with restaurants and anything else we asked :)

This Hotel was better than we expected. Very helpful and friendly staff. The gentleman on reception was very helpful he booked our Salt mine trip and sorted out our return transport to the airport. The rooms were well equipped and a good size very close to the main square. Krakow is a beautiful city with lots of bars and restaurants and very cheap. We had 4 meals with a round of drinks for £22.
I would recommend this Hotel and we will be back again

Stayed here for a couple of days. Great location - you can walk pretty much to all the tourist places from here. A lot of good eateries in the neighborhood too. Room was clean and equipped with all that you would need. Quite good value for money too. Breakfast was okay. Staff - nice and helpful.

Staff Go out of way to help, breakfast continental but plenty. Our room was large with a walk in wardrobe and very large bathroom. My friends room was nice also but small wardrobe. Easy walking into main square in less​ than 10 mins. We were on a girls Christmas shopping trip. Booked taxi to and from airport with hotel no hanging around. Hotel clean and wifi great and lovely sweets at reception x

Great hotel location, minutes away from the Jewish quarter,old town, new town,,room was clean and the on suit was brilliant, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was by the tram system but 90% of hotels in krakow are so to me this was not a issue, i will stay here again no problem A1+++

Lovely hotel. Service is great and rooms are nice. Breakfast basic continental but perfectly adequate. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Very good reasonable price. Nearby, city centrum. Room was clean and refurbished. We accommodated in 2 + 2 people. Water, kettle + stuff provided. Surely, Recommended for family.

Great value for money and very close to the main square. Very kind staff, typical polish breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Will definitely get back.

It was a nice room and we just had trouble getting in but they fix right away. And the manager and the receptionist are very friendly
