Ubrania bardzo dobrej jakości. Mimo raczej minimalistycznego wzornictwa zdarzają się ciekawe "perełki". W razie reklamacji sklep działa jak najbardziej na korzyść klienta. Polecam. W Katowicach miła i pomocna obsługa.

I can confirm the abysmal customer service at this store. When I inquired about ties, I was dismissively sent to the back. The saleswoman made it clear I was unwelcome. After failing to find the ties, I asked again and was told "goodbye" with a smirk. My impression was that I was in a bargain basement clothing outlet. This behavior tarnishes the Marc O'Polo brand, though I doubt anyone there cares.

Bardzo niski poziom obsługi klienta, Panie są aroganckie, rzucają sobie spojrzeniami, dziwne gesty . Atmosfera w sklepie jest nieprzyjemna . Więcej już nic tam stacjonarnie nie kupię, wolę poczekać na przesyłkę lub wybrać inny sklep
