Bistro Praska

We went to this bistro in November 2023 by guidance of hotel reception. It was so good. We liked the foods. We ate soup and pizza with some fruit drinks. I liked soup very much, it was chicken soup and it was around 18 zloty. Pizza was also good. We were pleased with the taste and price.

I visited this quaint bistro several times on my vacation. The simple, natural decor gives this bistro a relaxed atmosphere. It's great for families with the small play area for little ones; also romanitc alcoves for lovers. They boast a complete menu with appitizers, salads/soups, entrées, and deserts along with both alcoholic and non alcoholic options. There is an ENGLISH menu option, and most servers speak english. I found the soups amazing, well made fresh, and tasty. The beef cheek meal was delicious, piping hot. A very substantial serving size! This bistro is a place where you don't feel rushed out by the staff. They are professional and curtious.
I love this spot. It is a definite MUST every time I visit Krakow.

Great restaurant with delicious home style cooking. During warmer weather, there is seating outside and a playground/sand box for kids to play. It's a great place to eat something or have a drink while observing your kids from a comfortable location.

Great spot for a meal in Krakow. Delicious food, tasty staples plus great inventive dishes. Favourite items for summer 2023 include their watermelon, feta, rocket and mint salad with balsamic dressing and espresso tonic with elderflower. Family friendly place with kids play area, high chairs, and colouring books to keep kids busy while parents and adults can enjoy their time. Also dog/pet friendly. Located in a suburb, it's an oasis of good food and calm, away from the noise and crowds of central Krakow.

The food was absolutely delicious; I had the beef cheeks and my friend had the ribs. The beef cheeks were amazing and the mashed potato was one of the best of I've ever had! Staff were very helpful and when we ordered a dish of pierogis to share, they split the order onto two plates for us. Possibly a little far out if you're staying in the centre of Krakow, but we were staying at a nearby hotel so this was very convenient after a long day trip.

Hearty and homely food. Friendly and helpful staff. Cosy atmosphere and 80's playlist on the speakers. Come for the cheap food, stay for the taste of the beef cheeks.

Just got to our hotel and was pointed down the road to this establishment. Doesn't look much fro. The outside, but the Food. Was. Excellent. Good portion size and delicious, friendly staff and value for money. Will be eating here again before we leave.

This bistro is one of Krakows hidden gems and best kept secrets. Don't let the mid to small size fool you; this kitchen pumps out big flavor and quality dishes! You may have to hop on a bus from the city center to dine here but the trip is well worth it. The menu has something for every occasion, whether you and some friends would like to have some drinks and appetizers while seated in their lovely and spacious outdoor garden or you're looking for a romantic date or even a wholesome family dinner-Bistro Praska can accommodate all your needs! Fresh seasonal ingredients/menu allow for a plethora of tasty meals whether you're feeling like a fresh spring salad, classic Polish cuisine, savory American style BBQ, or perhaps a tastefully curated pizza either way you will not be disappointed 😊

Very tasty food. Pizza menu list a bit shorter than last year but still very nice thin crust pizza. Nice and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Excellent food in competetive prices. The place did not look as a nice place to eat from the outside and even interior "do not take a breath" ;) but the meals are excellent. We choose different meals for everyone in my familly and all of us was extremely satisfied. Very good desers and coffee too. My recomendations!

Honestly ignore every rating on here that’s 3 stars or less because they are all from polish residents who clearly have a keen sense for there own kind of food if your from any other part of the world go there and sample some of the finest food I’ve ever eaten seriously the pierogi amazing! the pasta to die for! And the pizzas well I just cannot describe how good they are we were here for 4 nights and ate there for 3 of them honestly couldn’t rate it enough and the staff are some of the nicest polish people we have encountered on our visit here!

Nice interior, menu, music, staff... They need to improve only airing inside the building, because now there is strong smell of food (kitchen). Good place to have a rest in the evening. I will definitely be back.
