Very nice tower. Lots of information on notice boards on each floor. The steps are different depths and different heights, very narrow, have to bend back to not hit your head and sometimes there is a chain to hold onto but sometimes not. However if you take that into consideration, it is very nice and you get good views!

Mondays free entrance, but the place is open only from 11 to 14.30 and the last entry is at 14.00. The tower is not so big, there are some models of historical town hall and some information about it, and the clock. The viewing terrace on the top is closed but you can still see the square from the windows.

The Tower is the only remaining part of the old Kraków Town Hall demolished in 1820 as part of the city plan to open up the Main Square. From the highest floor, visitors can admire a wonderful panoramic view of Krakow.

Great place to roam around even when you have nothing to do. Good food and drinks at reasonable price on beautiful street cafes and restaurant. At the centre you can buy souvenirs but at a little higher price than other places. In the evening you will find many street performers, Music, dance, acrobatics etc.

Nice views, but not open. The city can only be seen behind closed windows.
The inside of the tower is very atmospheric, the staircase (if you can call it that) to the top is complex and made only of stone and made at a steep angle.
There are some exhibitions on each floor, but they are not very interesting and there are very few of them.

After seeing so many beautiful things in Cracow, this tower was always something to see some days later... Surprisingly the tower is a great place to go. Although not very talk, It has a magnificent view on four sides of the city, including beautiful view on Wawel Castle.
The passages/stairs are very narrow so I wouldn’t recommend it to people with a fear of small spaces. It takes some time to get to the top (three floors and lots of people which you have to let pass if you want to go up or down).
Under the tower roof you will find a huge clock mechanism and small exhibition.
The only drawback is that the views from the top are through the windows, since the is not possible to go outside.
Anyway, the tower is really nice to visit and take great pictures of Cracow.

A lot of steps to the top, but totally worth it. The steps themselves might actually be the coolest part because of the history, if that makes sense.

Definitely worth the few euro for the view from the top. Information about the town halls history on the way up. Very tight stair as its an historic building.

Amazing. Its one of the most visited palce in Krakow. After buying ticket you can go till top and have a great view of Krakow from there. Stairs are little difficult to climb but itd worth it. Before you reach top there is one room each on 2 different levels which has lots of information abt city and tower it self. At top balconies are closed but you can still have very nice view of city from 3 sides. Must visit.

👍🏻 The staff was nice and suggested us to come on another day at 11am. Or pre-book the ticket on their website.
👎🏾 We couldn’t walk in today (Mon) due to the free tickets was limited (arrived around 2pm).

Very pretty views from the top, but the stairs are extremely steep and difficult to climb as they’re very old so keep that in mind:)

Three tower three tier gives three entire view of the market below and two churches wavel palace cathedral and the river. It is always full of people. Plenty of restaurants to please every appetite. Horse driven carry is another attraction. China cups having this place specially is available but but costly addy 8 euro per china. The fee fit going up ther tower by steps is 5 euros and closed at 430pm.

This one of the beautiful tower staying on the Market Square and it's a main sightseeing in Krakow. For 9 zł you could do a workout going by narrow stair to the top and see lovely views of the Square and Old Town from the highest point. If you really like such attractions it will be worth investment in the entertainment.

Climbing up can be a challenge if you are tall and/or elder, whereas climbing down can be even tougher. But it's a nice experience.

It is a hard work to climb, but it pays. Nice view, but from a window up there.

Built of stone and brick at the end of the 14th century, the massive Gothic tower of the early Town Hall stands 70 meters tall. The top floor of the tower with an observation deck is open to visitors.

Just 10 PLN which was very reasonable I think. Steep stairs up to the to with good views over Kraków.
