Delivery to hotel as arranged. Car was excellent and fuel efficient. Drop off at the airport was easy and paperwork completed very quickly. Deposit returned within 5 days as promised. All in all a very good company to deal with. Very satisfied and would recommend them.

I was really happy with the service and the car - the staff was nice and informed us about everything, the car was nice and clean. The only thing I didn't love was the child seat - it was a bit worn and older, so perhaps it's a good idea for the company to buy new ones.

Great company, staff was very friendly and and they came with the car we booked at our apartment and they also picked the car up at our apartment and explained everything that we needed know but I recommend buying a full insurance package so you don’t need to stress about anything. I recommend!

I have rented a car from carfree many times. They always go above and beyond to suit your needs. The communication is amazing no matter if it’s Sunday or middle of the night. The cost is affordable and they do not require a deposit. I will continue to rent cars from carfree and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this car rental. With polish ID no deposit is required. Pickup and drop off were very straight forward. Very friendly personnel. Important to note that the car needs to be returned clean, however there are many car washes in the area so no issue there either.

Had an emergency trip to Poland for 3 days so renting a car was the best travel option. My flight was an hour late which delayed car collection but that wasn't a problem 😊

I made a reservation and later had to cancel it, so I didn't use the car, but everything about the reservation and cancellation went very smoothly and I got the information quickly after I asked for it. The service is at an excellent level.

I will be honest I have booked my car with Carfree company and after that I did come up with some unhappy costumer reviews. I still went ahead with my booking and I am MORE THEN HAPPY that I did. I got the car I choosed to get, I had strange booking hours because it was midnight and very early in the morning. Everything was on time. The car was new, clean, the instructions given were very clear. Workers very nice. I had also no problem with giving back the car, no deposit as it says on the side. I will highly recommend this company for anyone and i will be deffinitly their regular customers. They have made an very good impression. I'm very happy that I didn't take any notice of the other reviews..
