On 08.03.2024 I bought a phone at Mediamarkt and I was very pleased with the employee there. His name is Przemyslaw. He is very polite and very helpful. I am a foreign student here and he helped me a lot with his English. He is also very skilled in his work and he is good in his field of work. I appreciate him for that and thank him very much.

One of the biggest electronic stroes in Krakow. They have amazing collection of products, very friendly staff. You can find lot of different brands to choose from under one single roof.

Great range of items. Things I've never seen in Ireland , unfortunately couldn't buy anything to bring home. My husband did buy some little thing , without a plug. Great shop. On in the way in got approached by a robot , so 🤣 funny.

Very nice selection of technologies! A lot of hardcopy games, cameras, GPSs, TVs, PS4 and Xbox accessories and games, laptops, gaming and office computer peripherals ranging from Corsair, to Razer, to Logitech to cheaper less popular brands which Ive never heard of.

As a foreigner, I was very pleased by the hospitality and honesty of Krzysztof, a tech expert in Mediamarkt. My fitband got stolen in my home airport, so I decided to buy a new one. He saw me trying to set up a new one and shared about 30 min with me. If you are a foreigner and need electronics, I surely recommend going to Galeria Krakowska and seek for Mediamarkt. Store colors are the same from country to country, so you are not going to miss it! 🤜🤛

Good experience here, helping people. I have bought an audio system, the last on the shelf, no problems with it. Managed to negotiate the price as well because the product was exposed. I have it for 1 year already, no issues.

The only place I was able to find an outlet converter and a curling iron! Great prices and huge selection! They do charge you for a bag though.

First of all, on this place you can to formally tax free if you are tourist. It's a very good option for all. Good choice of parts.
