Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town, an IHG Hotel

Great hotel in Krakow. Close to the city center, rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Rooms are relatively on the smaller side but was adequate for a shorter stay. Breakfast buffet had a good selection with good quality ingredients.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. The rooms were clean and stylish but not as spacious as they appeared in photos. A/C, hot water, and WiFi were great. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are fantastic. Very walking friendly location. I highly recommend this hotel!

I’ve stayed here now 3-4 times for work and it really is a superb hotel, in fact I’d go as far to say one of my top two IHG hotels I’ve stayed in globally! The staff are always excellent and nothing is too much trouble, from allocating a parking space in advance to assisting with an earlyish breakfast (to the room) request. Even though my recent trips have involved a fair drive from Krakow I still prefer to stay here (and drive) rather than stay elsewhere. When you add in the advantage of its close proximity to the “Old Town” (and its many quaint bars, restaurants and architecture) it really is ideal. There’s a reason I keep coming back and will continue to do so!

Great Hotel, First Class in every way, 5 minute walk to city centre, Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent room, with all that you need. Food was exceptionally excellent, first class breakfast, delicious evening meals, it was a peaceful hotel, spotlessly clean.
I COULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Great Stay at Hotel Indigo Krakow

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Indigo Krakow. The hotel has everything you need and is very comfortable. But the best part is the amazing staff. Our room was not only clean but also well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the hotel.

The attention to detail by the hotel staff was outstanding. They were always on hand, eager to assist with anything we needed. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast team – their service was impeccable, ensuring every request was met with enthusiasm and a smile. It was evident that no request was too much for them.

Equally commendable was the reception team. Their warm smiles greeted us daily, and they were more than happy to offer recommendations on places to visit, enhancing our experience in Krakow. The professionalism displayed during both check-in and check-out processes was top-notch, making our overall experience seamless.

Just spent seven nights at the Hotel Indigo in Krakow. What a wonderful hotel, super friendly staff, high quality rooms with kettle, coffee machine and fridge. The breakfasts are exceptional with freshly cooked options served to your table. Eggs benedict, polish breakfast, custom omletes, scrambled egg or pancakes, plus great coffee. The location is also great at the top of the old town next to a lovely market. Would like to have been able to open the window to allow some fresh air but these were locked with a key. 5 stars and we will be back again soon. Thank you.

fabulous hotel. Very elegant, 5 minutes walking from Krakow central station on the edge of the old town. the hotel and rooms oozes elegance. the room is very convenient , quiet and bed was very comfortable Didn’t have much contact with personnel but what i did - they were profesional and kind. Breakfast is standard but definitely enough and good quality of cold and hot dishes. didn’t try the gym or restaurant other than breakfast. All in all a nice gem in the heart of Krakow.

Beautifull hotel with lovely decor , great facilities including bar & restaurant , the food was amazing especially the breakfast ,staff very friendly & helpfull they upgraded us to a superior room .The hotel is situated in a very close location i would definitely recommend it ,it is to a very high standard .

We stayed here for our first trip to Krakow. They upgraded our rooms at check in. The rooms were beautiful, roomy and comfortable! The staff was always very nice and helpful. Perfect location! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

At the age of 66 and having lived in 3 continents- I have spent many nights in hotels. This stay is definitively one of the best! Upgraded to a corner room with huge bed and lots of light from the 4 windows. Nice decoration. And then the breakfast that also is one of my top hotel breakfasts. The restaurant Filipa18 with a very nice menu. And then the bar with the perfect Negroni’s (when the bartender with long hair prepared them). Reception also brilliant to interact with. I never saw the cleaning lady but wow the work she did.

Wonderful boutique hotel to the north of the old town wall and located next to the traditional Polish outdoor markets. Room & bed very comfortable 3 night city break IHG member.

The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the main square in the old town but is very peaceful.

Very comfortable rooms, some are a bit on small side but thoughtfully designed so that space didn't seem an issue. Breakfast was very good, with good selection of hot food (I recommend the eggs benedict) as well as cold meats and cheese. Good location, only a few minutes walk to the main square.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo in Krakow and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.

But what really sets Hotel Indigo apart is the food. The meals I had during my stay were simply amazing - some of the best I've had in Krakow. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Krakow to go to the hotel's restaurant for dinner. The combination of the great atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food makes for an unforgettable dining experience.
