Lost Souls Alley

We chose the green version for this (some touching and no pain) and I’m glad we did as it was a really unique experience! Me and my boyfriend went in alone and I was worried the lack of numbers would lessen the experience but it definitely did not and we had a great time! My legs were like jelly after we finished as it was so scary! We weren’t very good at figuring out the puzzles but the actors helped us with them without breaking character which helped the experience. Also, the bar outside is really cool and the staff there were lovely (would recommend trying a cocktail). Amazing experience, would recommend!

Great experience. Easy escape room with great terror. We took the green version. We were barely touched. Every employee inside was super helpful and respectful. Our group was completely stuck because we lost a key item, and they threw a spare key in order for us to continue the experience, always trying to keep the horror vibe of course hahahaha
Great experience overall

To be honest, we had very high expectations for this activity. We read a lot of hyped-up reviews so it felt like it couldn't possibly live up to the expectations. BUT, it exceeded our expectations. We had a blast and Lost Souls provided insanely thrilling entertainment. One of Krakow's gems! Worth a detour!

Super special experience! My friends and I went not knowing what to expect. The staff were great at their jobs - I was terrified. Also, one of the best things about this place is definitely the level system. It allows people to experience a haunted house without the boredom of there being no real danger and without danger that they don’t feel good about. Came out terrified but exhilarated from the experience

Really good thing to do, not surprised it gets such good reviews. The whole set is really well made!! the puzzles aren't very difficult, it's more about the horror aspect - but when you do get stuck, the actors help you while staying in character. They explain all the different versions really well. We were going to do green (they grab you but don't hurt you), but we did pink in the end, where they don't touch you except at the start. I think you do have to be very prepared for how scary it is! So don't overestimate what you can manage. Also, there is some areas where you have to crawl through small spaces, so if you have claustrophobia, you might want to give it a miss.

At first, I thought it wouldn't be a good idea, as usually I can't watch horror films at all. We ended up choosing the mildest version (pink). It turned out to be an amazing experience, for sure out of my comfort zone, but totally worth it.

We went there in a group of 4, and we had a blast. It is scary but incredibly funny to play with your friends. We chose the green version and it was alright, we were only touched, pushed and pulled.

I spend many hours there with fun and hope soon come back with pleasure.. thanks for the service. I see how the guys trying to figure out how to do all for costumers .. recommended for sure

Was taken here a suprise by my girlfriend. We opted for the green version. I found the experience to be enthralling. An excellent mix of puzzles, creepy atmosphere and jump scares. The performers fully commit and are excellent.

This isn't something I would normally participate in, but I'm glad I was pushed out of my comfort zone. I would fully recommend this attraction to anyone.

Wow! This place is awesome. Not for the faint hearted. We took the green version. They handcuffed us and separated the whole group so we had to try and find each other in complete darkness. Lots of puzzles to solve while being scared by the actors. If you are claustrophobic I would give this one a miss because they lock you in rooms in the dark. But it's all good fun because you know that it's an act. 5 stars!!!

This place is absolutely amazing.. I would come back to Poland just for this experience and their amazing creative alcoholic drinks at the bar .. cost us about 10gbp and well worth it if you like to be scared.. crawling through crawl spaces being chased with a chainsaw ..
You can also buy photos at the end in a group so we chipped in for the pics which cost us around 4gbp .. I seriously recommend this place 5 stars

Great experience, although my friend would write totally opposite 😂.
My friend said not to book here as she would be too scared, So the good friend I am... I booked it anyway.
You get to choose touching or no touching. I chose touching. If I chose no touching maybe my friend would have stayed longer than the first room😂
Whilst waiting for our turn at the bar a man craweled out as fast as he could in fear, that was enough to put my friend off.
The drinks are cheap there, The tickets are very cheap for what you get as you'd never get it this cheap in the uk! Worth giving it a go. fun and fear

Did not disappoint. This was such a good activity for a stag do. Told everyone it was just an escape room and watching their faces slowly realise was priceless.
Had asked for the bachelor version with 'pain' but they only had red version without pain that day, but to be honest it was terrifying and intense enough as it was.

WOW! What an excellent experience.
Worth any penny.
The actors were wonderful even at 20:30 PM (almost closing time).
Definitely will come back.

I'm from the UK on holiday with my husband to visit his family. We came here because there isn't something like this in the UK. I do have medical conditions, which they were very happy to work around. Even though I was scared out of my mind, it was so much fun!! I highly recommend this to anyone who loves a little mystery and horror :D

Staff are friendly, wish we went in with a group as it was just me and my boyfriend. It is absolutely terrifying inside I barley lasted 5 minutes before screaming to get out. I would definitely give it another go but with a group of friends. I absolutely love horror but nothing can prepare you for whats inside. Good luck to everyone who adventures Inside.

Honestly the best bit of fun about. Take some edibles in the shop just outside wait an hour and go get scared. Great location and if you make it out alive you get 20% off your first drink. Thanks

Thrilling experience. Brilliantly set up and awesome actors. Everyone should give this a go.

Wow this place was amazing! Couldn’t recommend highly enough, it’s absolutely terrifying! The staff are very friendly in here and explain the rules befor you enter. You get so immersed in the experience, I’ve never done anything like this before and I loved it. Make sure to book in advance if you are wanting to visit.

First time experiencing this attraction, and it was SO MUCH FUN! everything from the theme, the set, the props and the quest itself - simply amazing. It was 55 zlt per person, but make sure you book in advance.
